GOLF SUPPORTS GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

ENGLAND GOLF IS ASKING WOMEN GOLFERS TO HELP US UNDERSTAND HOW GOLF SUPPORTS GOOD HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
We’d like to recruit women for a short research programme to find out how golf contributes to the steps they take each week.
The NHS challenges everyone to take 10,000 steps a day as a fun way of increasing their physical activity – and we want to show that golf is a great way to step into a healthy lifestyle.
We’ve got 200 FREE pedometers to send out on a first come, first served basis. In return all we ask is you record the number of steps taken when you are golfing, together with some  other basic  information, in a log book over a four-week period, before completing a short online survey. It should  take you no more than five minutes to complete.
Everyone who competes the survey will be entered in prize draw to win one of five £20 Love to Shop vouchers.
